On a slow day, some friends walked past the empty building at Dorpsstraat 3, which housed the old residence of the village’s Priest where they grew up. The basement was filled with analog synthesizers, rhythm boxes, and a large record collection. Inspired by the record collection and the abundance of empty wine bottles in the cellar, they wrote a song about the aforementioned priest and named themselves after the building where it all began, Dorpsstraat 3.
