Festival Tweetakt is an annual arts festival in Utrecht for everyone, with theater, music and art by (inter)national creators.
The Neude is also an important festival location for Tweetakt this year. A wooden village has been built in the middle of Utrecht. You will find a restaurant with terrace, the ticket sales and information desk and three intimate theaters: the Trekkerschuur, the mini theater and the Maxitheater. Dance and theater performances can be seen in the Trekkerschuur and the mini theater. In the Maxitheater you will find an interactive art installation.
On the Neude you can also find the stage kiosk, where you can see and hear music performances almost every day – from indie to world music, from hip-hop to modern classical and from danceable electronica to singer-songwriters. And from the latest talents to better known names. On the days when there is no music, you can go to the greenhouse for cabaret and stand-up comedy.
If you have any energy left, take a ride in the whirligig or take a seat on the terrace.
The Festival square of Tweetakt is open from Friday 29 March until Sunday 14 April. On the festival square you will find the cash desk and information desk, the restaurant, the podium, the mini theater, the Trekkerschuur and the whirligig.
The cash desk and information desk is opened daily from 10:00 to 22:00.
