The Zeeland band de Toegift makes Dutch-language indie with influences from jazz on themes such as the passage of time and nostalgia. The sea is often the setting in their songs. They are now known as ‘the band that quieted all noisy halls and cafes during the Popronde’ and were named one of the highlights of Noorderslag by 3voor12, OOR and Het Parool.
